Shaadi.com????? No Ways. Yes, like many other people, Priyanka and I were thinking the same until we met each other and started communicating. Neither of us were quite confident about relationships over the internet, though with persistence from others we created our profile on this site. I sent her a request on April 14th, 2006 and she accepted the same on April 18th. As we were premium members, we could exchange our e-mail/messenger ids took it to the next level and started chatting. We still could not believe that it was happening, and we continued to chat online and over the phone for around a month. Everything seemed to be just too perfect between us; there was absolutely nothing more we would ask for in a life partner. That's when we decided to involve our family members and take things further. Fortunately, for us, everything was smooth sailing on the family front as well. Finally, after good one and a half month...we met at MUMBAI AIRPORT on May 28th 2006, when I visited India for my brother's wedding. Though I would say, this was more of a formality, as somewhere in our minds we already knew that we are meant to be together. After that, in presence of family members, we were engaged on June 3rd 2006 in Ahmedabad and now we can?t wait to be together and are eagerly looking forward for the D-day which is early next year. We thank Shaadi.com and offcourse the people who inspired us to use this site :-) We don?t know if marriages are made in heaven, but we truly feel our lives are no less than being in heaven.
